We have been in the retail business since 1968 and understand that customers come first and try to do our best to make them happy. We acquired this weather vane division in April of 2002 and truly enjoy working with our customers. We also have a storm protection division where we sell lightning rods and lightning protection equipment system for homes and businesses. You can purchase from us and Do-It-Yourself installation and literally save hundreds of dollars and even into the thousands.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6 pm central time and sometimes you can find office staff on duty during weekend hours. If you get the answering machine during normal business hours, we have just stepped out temporarily and will return your call promptly. Also, if you leave a message during business hours and your call turns into a purchase order, we will offer you a discount on your purchase just for us not being there for you when you called. We accept 4 major credit cards for your convenience; Discover Card, AMEX, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. Payment by personal check orders will be delayed for 2 weeks to allow time for it to clear the bank. Generally all orders are shipped by Ground UPS and usually shipped within 2-3 days. Please allow 7-10 days after that time before you inquire upon where your order is. West Coast deliveries take the longest. 3-Day, 2nd Day and Next Day delivery is available.

Sorry, weather vane purchases are final, we do not take returns unless what you received does not match the order on the purchase order from our office. However, on the occasion that we may accept a return, there is a minimum of a 25% restocking fee based upon the condition of the weather vane, condition of the shipping box and item, the particular type of vane you purchased and length of time you kept it before returning. Some weather vanes are very expensive and we may only stock one at a time and it may be an item that we sell only one a year of. Also, please remember, these returns must be resold to another customer and we would rather not have to sell them a returned item just as much as they or YOU would not want to purchase one. S&H costs will not be refunded and you must pay for the S&H charges to send it back to us. All returns are at our sole discretion and Must have prior authorization from us before we will refund any money to your credit card. At our discretion, we may also just opt for an in store credit. We realize however that roof mounts ordered can sometimes be the incorrect item that is needed for your situation and you are unable to know this until you receive it and try to mount your weather vane. These items are returnable but S&H charges are not credited, and you will have to pay for new S&H charges for the replacement mount.
